The structure of AL1513 Loading arm:

AL1513 land liquid loading arm is used for loading/unloading liquids (e.g., corrosive, high-viscosity or low-temperature condensable media) in railway/car tankers in petroleum/chemical industries, enabling flexible docking and stable transmission via swivel joints. Advantages: good sealing against leakage/pollution, corrosion-resistant materials + tracing for various media, safer/durable than hoses, an efficient and reliable loading/unloading solution.

Our land loading arm is especially designed for transporting fluid between piping system and tanker, which shall be designed for different tanker, liquids and site conditions. Equipped with loading platform, folding stairs and safety cage to make the land loading arm into a complete loading system.

By level location or quantitative monitoring, while fluid level exceed the present value, provide the sound and visual alarm or the remote signal. According to the products, models and requirements of customers, the operating modes could be manual, pneumatic or hydraulic etc.
