Product Description
Marine Loading Arm
Marine Loading Arms (MLAs) are essential for transferring various fluids such as oil, chemicals, LPG, and LNG between ships and storage facilities. These systems are designed to provide maximum safety and efficiency during jetty operations.
01
High Efficiency Designed to handle large volumes of fluids efficiently, reducing loading and unloading times for large-scale operations.
02
Safety Features Incorporates advanced Emergency Release Systems (ERS) and Quick Connect/Disconnect Couplers (QC/DC) to prevent spills.
03
Durability Constructed from robust materials to withstand harsh marine environments, leading to reduced maintenance costs.
Emergency Release Coupler (ERC)
ERC is installed at the vertical part of triple swivel assembly. It separates the MLA from the tank ship in cases of fire, typhoons, or when the ship drifts away from the normal working area, preventing major damage and environmental pollution.
Quick Connect/Disconnect Coupler (QCDC)
Provides a means of quickly and easily connecting the MLA to the tanker flange without bolts or gaskets, saving manpower and time. Available in manual or hydraulic versions (HQCDC) operated by remote control.
Electro-hydraulic Control System
Includes Local Control Panel (LCP), Hydraulic Power Pack (HPP), and wireless control pendents. The system uses PLC for easy maintenance and monitoring through LCD screens.
