AL1412 loading arm is designed for top closed loading, suitable for handling volatile and toxic media. Equipped with vapor and liquid pipes, the vapor pipe is commonly DN50, and the liquid pipe is determined by the flow rate. With a design temperature from -196°C to 250°C and pressure from -0.08MPa to 6.0MPa, it can effectively recover volatile gases and reduce leakage risks.
Our land loading arm is especially designed for transporting fluid between piping systems and tankers, designed for different tanker types, liquids, and site conditions. Equipped with loading platforms, folding stairs, and safety cages to create a complete loading system. By level location or quantitative monitoring, if fluid levels exceed preset values, the system provides sound and visual alarms or remote signals.
Operating modes can be manual, pneumatic, or hydraulic according to customer requirements.
