The structure for marine loading arm AM64:
Marine loading arm is the special equipment for loading/unloading fluid materials crossing over the jetty and tanker, with swivel joints connecting pipelines, assisted by a supporting structure, including other accessories such as control systems.
Currently, the marine loading/unloading arms are available in several structural forms including AM61, AM62, AM63, and AM64 series. Depending on the physical and chemical features, temperature of the transmission medium, and specific requirements, these arms can be designed using carbon steel, stainless steel, or heat tracing materials.
Technical Capabilities:
The system is designed to move with the tanker within the normal drift range. It features a visual sound alarm device via a travel monitoring system to ensure safety if the tanker drifts beyond the specified operating scope.

In the AM62 model, a part of the product pipe provides support to the loading arm, while most weight and loads are supported by an independent body or auxiliary supporting organizations. The inner and outer arms share a single counterweight system. This mixed-mode support for single-tube loading arms is compactly structured and highly suitable for large-tonnage vessels.
