Strong Operating Pressure High-Pressure Equipment Single-Arm Low-Temperature Chemical Marine Loading and Unloading Arm Machine with Swivel Joint
Marine Loading Arms (MLAs) are essential for transferring various fluids such as oil, chemicals, LPG, and LNG between ships and storage facilities. Our MLAs offer several key benefits:
High Efficiency: Designed for large volumes, reducing loading/unloading times.
Safety: Features Emergency Release Systems (ERS) and QC/DC to prevent spills.
Durability: Built with robust materials for harsh marine environments.
Flexibility: Tailored to specific ship sizes and tidal conditions.
Environmental Protection: Zero-emission technology to minimize impact.
Core Components
Emergency Release Coupler (ERC): Installed at the triple swivel assembly to separate the MLA from the ship automatically in case of fire, typhoons, or excessive ship drift, preventing major damage and pollution.
Quick Connect/Disconnect Coupler (QCDC): Allows for rapid connection to the tanker manifold without bolts or gaskets, saving manpower and time.
Electro-hydraulic Control System: Includes LCP, HPP, and PLC-based controls. It allows remote operation and displays real-time status and alarm information.
AM61M: Manual operation, double counterweight. Ideal for inland river jetties (<8").
AM63M: Manual operation, rotary counterweight. Separate support design for easy seal changes.
AM63H: Electro-hydraulic operation. Supports ERC and QCDC. Applicable for sea jetties (up to 16").
AM64H: Electro-hydraulic operation with 16" liquid line and 8" vapor line.
Application Areas
Bulk Liquid Terminals: Specialized facilities for the transfer of crude oil, refined products, and chemicals. MLAs ensure secure transfer and reduce spillage risks.
Pontoons: Floating structures where fixed infrastructure is impractical. Our MLAs provide the flexibility needed for vessel-to-pontoon movements.
