Marine loading arm is specialized equipment for loading and unloading fluid materials crossing over the jetty and tanker. It features swivel joints connecting pipelines and is supported by a robust structure, including necessary control systems.
Currently, these loading/unloading arms are available in various structural forms such as the AM61, AM62, AM63, and AM64 series.
Design Flexibility: Arms can be designed using carbon steel, stainless steel, and heat tracing based on the physical and chemical features of the transmission medium.
Operational Range: Temperature range from -196~250ºC, maximum design pressure of 10Mpa, and nominal pipe sizes from DN80 to DN600 (3"~24").
Operating modes include manual or electro-hydraulic control. The arm is designed to move with the tanker within its normal drift range and can be equipped with visual-sound alarms via a travel monitoring system to prevent drift beyond the specified operating scope.
Core Components: Pipeline, plumbing accessories, swivel joint, balancing assembly, supporting structure, and operating system.

In this design, a portion of the product pipe provides support, but the majority of weight and loads are handled by an independent body or auxiliary organizations. The inner and outer arms share a single counterweight system. This mixed-mode support for single-tube loading arms is compactly structured and ideal for large-tonnage vessels.
