The structure of AL2543 Loading arm:
The AL2543 bottom-loading arm is designed for high-volatility media like LPG and liquid ammonia, suitable for bottom loading/unloading of road/rail tankers. With a design pressure of 2.5MPa (test pressure 3.75MPa) and temperature range of -40ºC~+60ºC, it features 304 stainless steel pipelines, copper quick connectors, and PTFE main seals for corrosion resistance and tight sealing. Equipped with a spring cylinder balancing system and anti-static device, it enables 3D movement with low operational force (unbalanced torque <5Kg·M), widely used in safe loading operations across petrochemical and chemical industries.
Our land loading arm is especially designed for transporting fluid between piping system and tanker, which shall be designed for different tanker, liquids and site conditions. Equipped with loading platform, folding stairs and safety cage to make the land loading arm into a complete loading system. By level location or quantitative monitoring, while fluid level exceed the present value, provide the sound and visual alarm or the remote signal.
According to the products, models and requirements of customers, the operating modes could be manual, pneumatic or hydraulic etc.
