The structure of AL1403 Loading arm:
AL1403 is mainly applied in petrochemical and warehousing logistics sectors for top-loading and unloading operations of normal-temperature liquid media such as crude oil, heavy oil, and acid-base solutions. It is compatible with truck/train tank cars and storage tanks, especially suitable for transferring abrasive or corrosive media like asphalt and sulfuric acid in high-load and corrosive environments.
The top-loading design streamlines operations and improves efficiency, while flexible swivel joints, high-seal components, and a spring balancer ensure easy operation, leak-proof performance, and a robust structure capable of withstanding frequent use, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring safe and stable operation in petrochemical scenarios.
