The structure of AL2504 Loading arm:
AL2504 is a bottom loading arm specially designed for high-viscosity or poorly flowable media like crude oil and residual oil, suitable for side bottom loading/unloading of tank cars in petrochemical plants, ports, railway freight yards, etc. Its bottom-closed structure reduces liquid splashing and volatilization, minimizing fire risks and environmental pollution, with a working pressure range of -0.08MPa to +2.5MPa for various pressure conditions.
Key advantages include: optimized flow channel design for high-viscosity media to prevent blockages and residues, improving loading efficiency; safer and more stable bottom-loading operation compared to top-loading, reducing manual intervention; and a robust structure for long-term reliable use in complex environments, making it an ideal choice for handling hard-to-flow liquids in industries.
Our land loading arm is especially designed for transporting fluid between piping system and tanker, which shall be designed for different tanker, liquids and site conditions. Equipped with loading platform, folding stairs and safety cage to make the land loading arm into a complete loading system. By level location or quantitative monitoring, while fluid level exceed the present value, provide the sound and visual alarm or the remote signal.
