It integrates low-nitrogen combustion technologies (such as staged combustion and flue gas recirculation) and supports multi-fuel compatibility (natural gas, low-concentration gas, biogas, etc.).
Special designs, such as cold-wall protective gas inlets, isolate the high-temperature combustion zone from the combustion chamber lining through cold airflow, reducing the lining temperature to a safe range and prolonging the equipment's service life.
It adopts PLC or DCS systems to realize dynamic adjustment of combustion parameters (e.g., excess air ratio λ≤1.3), safety interlocking (flameout protection, gas leakage detection), and remote monitoring.
Integrated with AI algorithms and combined with acoustic temperature measurement, it generates real-time 2D temperature distribution images, reducing NOx emissions by 50% and urea consumption by 40%-50%.
Fuel characteristics: Select corresponding burners based on calorific value (e.g., natural gas: 35MJ/m³), pressure (0.1-0.8MPa), and impurity content (e.g., H2S≤20mg/m³).
Thermal power: Covering 500kW to 24.5MW, model selection is combined with boiler capacity (3-30 tons) and process temperature (e.g., 1200ºC for aluminum melting furnaces).
