The structure of AL1412 Loading arm:
AL1412 loading arm is designed for top closed loading, suitable for handling volatile and toxic media. Equipped with vapor and liquid pipes, the vapor pipe is commonly DN50, and the liquid pipe is determined by the flow rate. With a design temperature from -196°C to 250°C and pressure from -0.08MPa to 6.0MPa, it can effectively recover volatile gases and reduce leakage risks.
Our land loading arm is especially designed for transporting fluid between piping system and tanker, which shall be designed for different tanker, liquids and site conditions. Equipped with loading platform, folding stairs and safety cage to make the land loading arm into a complete loading system.
Operating Environment:
According to the products, models and requirements of customers, the operating modes could be manual, pneumatic or hydraulic etc. By level location or quantitative monitoring, while fluid level exceed the present value, provide the sound and visual alarm or the remote signal.
