Product Description
WTL-A100 N Load moment indicator is composed of sensor, operational amplifier, control actuator and overload indicator, etc. It integrate 3 into 1, which are display, control and warning. When the crane lifting a load, the sensor is occurring deformation. Meantime, converting weight of load into electrical signal, after operation and amplification, indicate the value of weight.
When the load reaches 90% of rating, it gives an alarm; When value of weight surpass the rating, the power will be turn off at once. It is widely used in over head travelling crane, elevator and portal/tower crane.
Load Moment Indicator (safe load indicator or Crane computer lmi/sli/rci) is a device which is installed on various sorts of cranes like mobile, crawler, tower, gantry, portal, marine and offshore crane. It alert the operator if the lift is exceeding the safe operating range. In some cases, the device will physically lock out the machinery in circumstances it determines to be unsafe.
