The structure for marine loading arm AM64:
Marine loading arm is special equipment designed for loading and unloading fluid materials between the jetty and tanker. It utilizes swivel joints connecting pipelines, supported by a specialized structure and integrated control systems.
Our marine loading/unloading arms are available in several structural series, including AM61, AM62, AM63, and AM64. These can be customized based on the physical and chemical features of the transmission medium and specific temperature requirements.
Safety features include a travel monitoring system that provides a visual and sound alarm if the header pipe drifts beyond the specified operating range during fluid transmission.

The product pipe provides partial support, while the majority of weight and loads are handled by an independent supporting body or auxiliary organizations. Inner and outer arms share a single counterweight system. This mixed-mode support for single-tube loading arms is compactly structured, making it ideal for large-tonnage vessels.
