The WTL-A100N Load Moment Indicator is a sophisticated system composed of high-precision sensors, operational amplifiers, control actuators, and overload indicators. It serves as a comprehensive 3-in-1 solution, integrating real-time display, active control, and safety warning functions.

When a crane lifts a load, the system's sensors detect structural deformation and convert the weight into electrical signals. After processing and amplification, the exact weight value is displayed. The system provides an audible alarm when the load reaches 90% of its rated capacity. If the load exceeds the safe rating, the system automatically shuts off power to prevent accidents. It is widely utilized in overhead traveling cranes, elevators, and portal or tower cranes.
