The Structure for Marine Loading Arm AM63

General Description

Marine loading arm is specialized equipment for loading/unloading fluid materials crossing over the jetty and tanker. It features swivel joints connecting pipelines and is assisted by a robust supporting structure, including necessary control systems.

Available Series: AM61, AM62, AM63, and AM64.

Designed to handle various physical and chemical features of transmission media, these arms can be constructed from carbon steel or stainless steel. They support a temperature range of -196~250ºC and a maximum design pressure of 10Mpa, with nominal pipe sizes from DN80 to DN600 (3"~24").

Operating modes include manual or electro-hydraulic control. The arm dynamically adjusts to the tanker's movement within normal drift ranges and includes visual/sound alarm systems for safety travel monitoring.

AM62 Structure Features

In the AM62 model, a part of the product pipe provides support, but the majority of weight and loads are handled by an independent body or auxiliary organizations. Inner and outer arms share a single counterweight system. This compact structure is ideal for large-tonnage vessels.
